PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the following entities:
Cybermed, Inc.
OnDemand3D Technology, Inc.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Policy sets forth the data privacy principles followed by Cybermed, Inc. and OnDemand3D Technology, Inc. (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Cybermed”, “we” or “us”) in connection with the collection, protection, use and disclosure of Personal Data received by Cybermed from its Clients.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE (hereinafter "Site"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL OTHER TERMS IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE Site OR PROVIDE CYBERMED WITH YOUR Personal Data.

SCOPE
This Policy applies to all Personal Data received by Cybermed in any format, including electronic, paper or verbal.

DEFINITIONS
“Agent” is a third party acting as an agent to perform a task or tasks on behalf of and under the instructions of Cybermed.
"Client" is any customer of Cybermed, for whom we have provided a product or service to.
“Partners and Affiliates” are any entity that Cybermed has direct business relationships with that are collectively involved in the overall production, sales and distribution of Cybermed products and services.
“Personal Data” are data about an identified or an identifiable individual received by Cybermed and recorded in any form. It does not include anonymized data or data that is reported in aggregate.
“Site” refers to any website, order portal or web store that Cybermed has constructed and has direct control over. “Site” does not include any website that is operated by a third party or Social Media website.
“Third Party” does not include third parties that are acting as an Agent to perform task(s) on behalf of and under the instructions of Cybermed or Partners and Affiliates of Cybermed.

PRIVACY PRINCIPLES
Notice:
Through this Policy, Cybermed informs individuals about the purposes for which it collects and uses Personal Data, and the conditions that Cybermed may disclose Personal Data. This notice will be provided in clear and conspicuous language when individuals are first asked to provide Personal Data to Cybermed or as soon thereafter as is practicable.

Personal Data Collection and Use:
Cybermed will not actively collect Personal Data (e.g. your name, phone number, e-mail, company, address) without your authorization. Cybermed will not collect any Personal Data unless you register on one of our Sites, activate software licensing or request certain information about our products and services. You have the right to access and amend Personal Data collected from you by Cybermed. Cybermed may transfer your Personal Data to its Partners and Affiliates.
Cybermed uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, administer accounts, completion of online orders, monitoring and reports of usage, overview of purchase history, service communications through email (i.e. password changes), developments and improvements of products and services, contact, research and other marketing initiatives.

Email:
Your questions and comments about Cybermed, its services and/or products, and the Site are appreciated and welcomed. You may email messages to the mailboxes provided on the Site. Cybermed will share your messages with those persons at Cybermed who are most capable of addressing the issues contained in your message. Cybermed will keep a copy of your message until your concerns have been addressed. Your message may be archived for a certain period of time or discarded, but your email address will not be used for any other purpose.

Cookies and Anonymous Identifiers:
Cybermed's servers automatically record information when you visit our Site or use some of our products; including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request, and other data not attributable to an individual when you use our Site.
While you are using our Site, the Site may automatically send small pieces of information to your web browser that will help the Site remember you during your current visit. The sessions are automatically deleted when you leave our Site.

Social Media:
Any and all material, submitted in any manner, including, without limitation, email, posting, messaging, uploading, downloading, or otherwise (collectively a “Submission”) from you at any of the Cybermed’s webpages contained on any Social Media platform or website, including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Naver Blog is done at your own risk and without any expectation of privacy. Cybermed cannot control the actions of other Social Media users and is not responsible for any content or Submission contained on Social Media. By visiting any of Cybermed’s webpages on Social Media, you are representing and warranting to Cybermed that you have reviewed the applicable policy and terms of use of such Social Media and that you will abide by any and all provisions contained therein.

Links to Third Party Websites:
The Site may provide links to Third Party websites. This Policy is only applicable to this Site and Cybermed is not responsible or liable for the privacy practices of Third Parties. You are encouraged to review and familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these Third Parties. Cybermed does not endorse any product or service that may be mentioned or offered at any Third Party websites.

Disclosure:
Cybermed has no intention to disclose Personal Data to any Third Parties outside Cybermed's Partners and Affiliates, except when required by law or for regulatory purposes.
When Cybermed uses an Agent to assist in processing your personal information, Cybermed will transfer such Personal Data only for limited and specified purposes. The Agent is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as specified in this Policy.
Where Cybermed has knowledge that an Agent is using or disclosing personal information in a manner contrary to this Policy, Cybermed will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop the use or disclosure.
Cybermed may be required to disclose Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.

Security:
Cybermed will take reasonable measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing of Personal Data. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Access:
Clients have the right to access their Personal Data. Upon request, and with consent of our Clients, Cybermed will grant individuals access to personal information that it holds about them. In addition, Cybermed will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete. Note that all websites that Cybermed hosts provide a personal profile page that allows the user to modify their personal information and can contact us to request deletion of their account.

WORLDWIDE ACTIVITIES
Cybermed is a global company with branches, Partners and Affiliates in many countries, and with technical systems that cross borders. Personal Data collected by Cybermed may be transferred across state and country borders and stored or processed in the United States or any other country in which Cybermed, or its Partners and Affiliates maintain facilities. Cybermed, its Partners and Affiliates will handle your information collected in a consistent manner, as described here, even if the laws in some countries may provide less protection for your information. Cybermed’s privacy practices are designed to protect your Personal Data all over the world.

EU-US Privacy Shield
The United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of data protection principles and frequently asked questions to enable U.S. companies to satisfy the requirement under European Union law that adequate protection be given to personal information transferred from the EEA to the United States (the "EU-US Privacy Shield"). The EEA also has recognized the EU-US Privacy Shield as providing adequate data protection (Directive 95/46/EC). Consistent with our commitment to protect personal privacy, Cybermed complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries.

Adherence to the Principles may be limited: (a) to the extent necessary to meet national security, public interest, or law enforcement requirements; (b) by statute, government regulation, or case law that creates conflicting obligations or explicit authorizations; or (c) if the effect of the EU Directive, EU Member State law is to allow exceptions or derogations.

Recourse:
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Cybermed commits to resolve complaints about its collection of Personal Data.
EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Cybermed at: info@cybermed.co.kr
Cybermed will respond to a complaint within 45 days of receipt.
Cybermed has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc), an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc) are provided at no cost to you.
For complaints involving Personal Data collected or transferred, Cybermed commits to cooperate with the panel established by the Data Protection Authorities and comply with the advice given by the panel.
Individuals have the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding Privacy Shield compliance not resolved by any of the other Privacy Shield mechanisms. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Cybermed reserves the right to update, amend, and revise this Policy at any time. If there are updates to the terms of Cybermed’s Policy, Cybermed will post those changes here and update the revision date in this document. The changes on this Policy will be binding with immediate effect on posting it on the Site.
